NCSI-UK Scores & CommentaryThe NCSI-UK reports scores on a 0-100 scale at the national level. The measured companies, industries, and sectors are broadly representative of the UK economy serving UK households. Smaller companies are grouped together in an “All Others” category for each industry. For non-subscribers Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSI) for each company measured in the NCSI-UK are available at the end of each quarter.
